See Your Whole Team's Schedule on Mobile

What's new

Know exactly when you're working, how many hours you've put in, and who's on shift with you, all from your phone. When you want extra hours or need to trade a shift, open shifts and swap offers are right there to claim in a tap. No more texting your manager or waiting until you're near a computer.

Your schedule, front and center

A new Your schedule card sits at the top of the mobile home screen:
  • Upcoming shifts for the week, with time, shift name, position, and location
  • Worked this week, showing hours worked so far
  • Still scheduled, showing hours left on the schedule for the rest of the week
  • Available shifts link, with a red dot whenever there are shifts you can pick up
  • View schedule to jump to the full schedule

Your shifts, All shifts, and Available

The Shift schedule page now has three tabs:
  • Your shifts lists all of your published upcoming shifts in one scrolling view.
  • All shifts shows the whole team's schedule, with a daily count of shifts for each day of the week. Today is highlighted, and holidays from your company's holiday calendar are labeled so you can plan around them. Tap any day to see every shift, who's working it, and which ones are open to claim.
  • Available shows every shift you can pick up, with a badge showing how many shifts you can take.
Getting around is easy:
  • Use the arrows next to the date range to move week to week
  • In the day view, turn on Open shifts only to see just the shifts that still need someone
  • Switch locations if you work at more than one

Pick up shifts in a few taps

The Available tab collects everything you can take in one place:
  • Swap offers from teammates, with an Accept button
  • Open shifts, with a Claim button
  • Use the time frame dropdown to see all available shifts or narrow to today or a specific week
  • Tap Filters to narrow by one or more locations and roles
  • Collapse either section to focus on what you need
  • Tapping a swap offer notification brings you straight here
By default, the tab only shows shifts you can actually take. Turn on Show conflicts in Filters to also see shifts that overlap with your existing schedule.

Why it matters

  • Fewer missed shifts: Employees always know where they need to be and when.
  • Faster coverage: Open shifts and swaps get filled from the phone, not the break room bulletin board.
  • Less back-and-forth: Managers spend less time answering "when am I working?" questions.
