Change History report now includes manager

We’ve enhanced the Change History report so you can now see when an employee’s manager changes, giving you better visibility into reporting relationships over time.
In the report, a new “Manager” field has been added under the Job Details category, allowing you to view both the previous manager and the new manager for each change event.
This is especially helpful for customers who need an auditable history of organizational shifts, approvals, or leadership changes for compliance and internal tracking.
With this update, HR teams and admins can more easily answer questions like “Who did this person report to last quarter?” without digging through emails or manual notes. The Manager change record appears alongside other job-related changes in the report, keeping all employment history details in one central, exportable place.
