Headcount Report Now Shows Historic Info

What's New in the Headcount Report
The Headcount Report now supports historic date filtering, giving HR admins a way to view workforce data as it existed on any past date.
All charts and breakdowns—Gender, Ethnicity (EEO), Employment type, Compensation type, Department, and Location—reflect the workforce as of the selected date, not just today. The report layout has also been updated: subcategories now appear as individual mini cards instead of tabs, making it easier to view all data at a glance.
Historic Date Filtering
At the top of the report, you'll see an active worker count paired with a date selector. Changing the date updates the entire report to reflect that point in time. Workers who were active on the selected date are included; workers hired after that date are not. This makes it easier to support audits, compliance reviews, and workforce planning that require a historical snapshot.
Updated Report Layout
Each subcategory now appears as its own mini card rather than a tab:
- Gender and Ethnicity (EEO) display as doughnut charts
- Employment type, Compensation type, Department, and Location display as bar charts
Active Workers List
A See worker list link in the report header opens a dialog showing all workers who were active as of the selected date, including their name, employee ID, and start date. You can also download this list as a CSV directly from the dialog.
