Withdraw An Approved PTO Request

We've heard your feedback: life happens, and plans change. That's why we're excited to introduce the ability for employees to cancel their own approved PTO requests, even after they've been approved by their manager.
Whether using the mobile app or desktop platform, employees can now easily withdraw approved time-off requests for any open pay period. On mobile, simply tap the edit icon on an approved request, review the details, and select the option to withdraw. On desktop, click the intuitive trash icon next to any approved day and confirm the cancellation.
This new feature puts more control in employees' hands while keeping managers and HR admins in the loop. When an employee cancels an approved request, the approving team automatically receives a notification via push notification and email, ensuring everyone stays informed without extra administrative work.
This enhancement streamlines the time-off management process and addresses a top request from clients who wanted more flexibility for their teams. We're committed to making workforce management simpler and more adaptable to real-world needs.
