What's New Task Reminder emails are a new automatic feature in Eddy that helps employees and managers stay on top of incomplete tasks. Every Monday morning, Eddy sends a reminder email to anyone who has outstanding tasks assigned to them. The email lists each pending task and links directly to the task page, so taking action is just one click away.

How the Reminder Works Each reminder is sent once per person, not once per task—so if someone has multiple items pending, they'll see all of them in a single email. The reminder goes out even if a task isn't due yet, giving people a heads-up before deadlines arrive. Tasks that are older than six months are excluded from the reminder to keep the email focused and relevant. If you're opening the email on a mobile device, task links will take you directly to the Eddy app.

What You Need to Know Weekly reminder emails are on by default and run automatically every Monday morning. This feature is available to all Eddy customers and requires no setup from owners or administrators.
