How it works for the employer
When you enable the Clair integration in Eddy you give consent to Eddy to share certain payroll information with Clair. Eddy will notify your employees that their company has enabled a new financial app, and will give employees a link to create a Clair Spending Account so they can sign up and begin taking free advances on their wages.

How it works for employees
Clair offers a banking app that lets employees take free advances on a portion of their earnings before payday. Clair verifies the employee’s identify, based on information shared through the integration with Eddy. When an employee opens a Clair Spending Account they can select a portion of their paycheck to send to Clair and will be able to take free advances based on that balance.

How to enable the integration
To connect the Clair integration, navigate in Eddy to the Admin settings page and click the Integration tab. Under the Clair option, click the Connect button. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection and enable the integration.
