All organizations should focus on employee well-being, because there’s different cultures—often cultures within cultures—at an organization. So, no matter the size of the company you work for, there should always be support for employee well-being.”

Ask your employees, ‘What do you need?’ ‘What makes you happy?’ ‘How can I support you?’ ‘How are you feeling today?’ ‘Do you want to be in the office?’. Companies should be asking all of these questions to understand what employees need to feel safe and supported.”

Tailor your employee well-being program to your people’s needs. Maybe your employees want to learn about healthy eating habits, or maybe they want a friendly competition of who can walk the most steps. Asking your employees what their needs are will help make your program a success.”
