What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
If you love knowing what makes people (and organizations) tick, and you want people to feel supported in their working environments, then you’ve come to the right profession. Don’t worry about getting the “right” certifications – your natural strengths are your certification.
