Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bellevue University and a Master's double major in Human Resources and minor in employment law. What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?

Do not expect to know it all and there is no handbook for everything that comes your way (i.e. COVID). Surround yourself with a network and do research and never be afraid to say you don't know.
