What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Get your foot in the door and explore as many avenues of HR as you can. I didn't think about an internship until my senior year of undergrad and wish I would have thought about that years before. HR is so vast and so many skills are needed - find your niche and run!
