What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
HR is a fine balance between being your employees biggest cheerleader and making sure you're making the best decisions for your company. So we operate in navigating a lot of gray area in a black and white job description. Having a network of like minded HR professionals helps make sure you don't get stuck in the weeds and make sure your considering all the perspectives to make the right calls.
