Robin Schooling is an HR leader, strategist, and advisor with extensive senior level experience in all areas of people operations and human resource management. As Head of the HR + People Strategy practice with Peridus Group, a boutique human capital consulting firm, she focuses on designing people strategies that are forward-looking, progressive and human-focused. Robin regularly speaks to global HR and TA audiences, writes for various publications as well as her own popular HR blog, and serves as co-host of the long-running podcast Drive Thru HR. She managed the monthly Carnival of HR (2016 – 2021) and was named by HR Executive Magazine as one of the Top 100 HR Tech Influencers in 2019 and 2020. She has served on the Advisory Boards for HR Open Source, HROnboard (Melbourne, AUS), BlackbookHR, and the Louisiana Business Network.
