Nicole is a Human Resources professional who is early in her HR career. After graduating with her MBA in HR Management, she spent the first year and some months focused on HR Consulting for small business, including non-profit and venture backed organizations. She's had the privilege to work with some startups and some well-known, high profile, high revenue businesses. She's eager to continue to be exposed to and to learn from the HR experts in our field to identify where her strengths lie and where she'd like to head next within the field.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Position yourself to learn as much as possible and ask questions of others already in the HR job function. It’s a layered and evolving industry where we all benefit from collaboration
