Natalia Vanina is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive international experience supporting multiple best-in-class organizations. Her expertise lies in all aspects of people and culture for newly acquired companies, including talent acquisition, total compensation, and benefits, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, retention, and compliance, with a heavy emphasis on leading the organization through rapid HR change and transformation programs, all while promoting employee engagement and enabling a high-performing workforce to contribute to the organization’s strategic growth. Natalia holds a Master’s in Linguistics and Cross Cultural Communications from Moscow State Regional University as well as Master’s in Business Law from Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics, the both degrees are cum laude . She is also a SHRM-CP since 2019. Natalia is originally from the Ukraine, having lived in Hungary, Belarus, Russia and Venezuela before moving to the US in 2017. She has lived in Houston for the past 4 years. Away from work, Natalia enjoys all outdoor activities exploring local parks and nature, loves reading and playing the piano. Theater, opera ballets are her passion that she shared with her husband and friends. She is a happy mother of a teenage boy Alex and a sweet dog Bella.
