What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
In my career, listening has been one of the most critical skill you can bring to each day. In HR we tend to what to solution, which is important no doubt, but providing the best, most holistic solutions starts with listening. Often times you will discover that the solution is actually that folks simply need someone to listen and they will solution themselves.
