What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don’t be discouraged by not knowing the answer. As an HRBP, one of the best skills I’ve grown is resourcefulness. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know an answer off the bat, it matters how you figure out a way to learn and grow in a way that delivers that answer and a positive experience to your people.
