Marissa Szabo is a certified nutrition coach, certified health coach, and fitness instructor and provides nutrition coaching as well as employee wellness programming including workshops, webinars, fitness classes, and demos. She takes a nondiet, size-inclusive approach focusing on building healthy habits and confidence. She firmly believes that wellness does not have to be and shouldn’t be complicated or overwhelming, and emphasizes small, doable steps towards wellness goals.
