Mallory started her career in an HR management position at 16 years old, after graduating high school early, and went on to pursue higher education and her career full time. She has since worked in a variety of HR roles for Papa Murphy’s, the Utah Jazz and Homie Technology. She has a degree in HR management and is passionate about employee engagement and making everywhere she works, the best place to work.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
The best advice I can offer is to never stop learning and view your missteps as a lesson. Every interaction you have in life can teach you something significant, so dig deep and look for the key takeaways.
