L.T. has over 25 years of experience in human resources and business management. Her background spans a variety of industries, private and public sectors, and small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. She works with leaders, teams, and individuals and large-scale human resource systems to improve productivity, performance, and profitability. L.T. provides a broad range of services and guidance in leadership development, team facilitation, benefits, policy development, communications, labor relations, organizational analysis and alignment with strategy, executive coaching, performance management, compensation, recruitment, and strategic planning. L.T.’s educational background gives her a solid foundation and understanding of organizational culture, leaders, teams, business drivers, organizational design, business models, and compassion for others. She completed her Master’s in Business Administration at Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration at Kent State as well. L.T. dedicates her time to giving back to others as her self-proclaimed life’s mission is to help people improve their quality of life. She spends her extra time speaking and volunteering on causes such as animal welfare, addiction and recovery, fair housing, women’s leadership and coaching, small business development, and youth leadership. She currently serves on the boards of the Greater Akron Chamber and Fair Housing Contact Service.
