Logan is currently an Human Resource Management student at Brigham Young University's Marriott School. He's passionate about utilizing HR strategically and leveraging strategic HR throughout an organization. Logan currently serves as BYU’s Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) President. He was also a summer intern for Verizon on their HRBP Corporate team. He's also currently a recruiter and HR Specialist for BYU Dining.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Just stay persistent and try not get to get defeated - you will hear a lot of no’s, but you’ll find something as long as you don’t give up.
