Kia-lee is a certified Human Resources professional with over 15 years of progressive human resources, management and operations experience. She has worked within the public and private sector to include higher education, consulting, technology, distribution as well as legal. Kia-lee has a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Florida International University. She also maintain the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) credentials.
