What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
I would tell someone new to Human Resources to not forget that we work in “Human” Resources and keep the human connection. Our employees are our customers so we need to deliver excellent customer service to them. Always ask questions, follow up and keep learning.
