Jennifer is an expert in the design and delivery of strategic HR business initiatives with a zeal for developing HR startup operations. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her son on in all of his middle school, baseball, football, basketball, and band activities.

What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?

Be approachable to everyone – not just management. You are the best resource to employees and the company when you build those relationships and genuinely care about making a difference. You can do that best when employees trust you to guide and navigate them through different positive and challenging career experiences.
