Japneet is an HR Department of one, overseeing 80+ employees across 2 provinces and 3 companies. In this role, she developed her company’s performance management system, learning and development culture, and corporate culture. Japneet is a member of HRPA (Human Resources Professional Association) and is halfway through her CHRP Designation.
