Janet is a new full-cycle recruiting learning as she goes. After returning to work after 11 years as a stay at home parent, she jumped at the opportunity to help her favorite non-profit bring on more staff. Quickly realizing there is so much to learn, combined with a strong desire to succeed, she takes every chance to grow her knowledge base in the complex and enjoyable world of recruiting. When she is not recruiting, Janet enjoys hockey, camping and finding projects to make her home prettier.
