After getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Izabel decided to live all her dreams and figure out what she wanted to do in her career. Moving to New York was the first step, and while learning her second language, she understood she wanted to be in the Human Part of the Business by doing Human Resources. In Holland, that is when she experienced all the different cultures and fall in love with diversity. Her passion for HR made her go back to school, get a certificate in Human Resources and started her career in Recruiting (working side by side to promote diversity with her clients and candidates.) Izabel strongly believes that she can do her part in making the world a better place through HR.
