What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
HR is one of the world’s great professions. Be sure to take care of yourself as you take care of others so that you’re always beginning from a place of strength. When life gets complicated, remember that there are countless others in your shoes who want nothing more than to support the vitally important work that you’ve chosen for yourself. You’ve got this.
