What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Never stop learning and keep in touch with people you've worked with in the past. HR is such a unique field because we can always continue to learn and improve our skills to better support our employees and organizations. Keeping in touch with people you've worked with before allows you to create a network to ask advice, job seek and build a supportive community.
