What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don’t be afraid to challenge how things are done around you. Just because someone says something should be done a certain way does not mean that that is right for you or the team. You should look to find ways to improve the world around you even if you feel like others might “know more.”
