Dustin has a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Hawai’i and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. After graduation from BYU-Hawai’i, Dustin was a Foreign Service Officer with the United States Department of State Diplomatic Corps. He and his wife, Lady Hiva, served in Washington, DC twice, Manila, Philippines and Istanbul, Turkey. For the past several years, Dustin worked as an HR executive for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Human Resource Business Partner managing a team that supports several large Church departments. He recently as appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources position at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. He also teaches business, HR, entrepreneurship, and political science classes at Ensign College. Dustin loves to tell stories, he can often be found writing in a journal or posting on his blog. He has published two books: White Lilies in Autumn and Counting Candles.
