What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Never feel uncomfortable approaching an HR professional in your workplace! You’d be surprised how many wonderful people who will be more than willing to help you, and establish a mentorship. When you get in the field, network and do your best! Learn all you can.
