What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Ask for help. It's okay to feel alone or burnt out in HR. Remember to take care of yourself. There's days where everything's on fire and we're too busy to listen to the advice we give employees and managers. Just know that it's okay to feel that way and breathe. Remember that you are not your job.
