What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Be brave! In order to become a good business partner, regardless of what level you're starting out at, you need to be brave enough to give your opinion and notify your team on things that need improvement or need to be addressed. Risk being wrong for the opportunity to learn and grow.
