Ashley has been in Human Resources for over four years. She started in the property management industry and then transitioned over to automotive. While her experience spans many facets including benefits, FMLA, COBRA, and employee relations, her favorite is talent acquisition and recruiting. She graduated from Western Governors University in 2022 with Bachelors of Science in Human Resource Management.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don’t be afraid of not having all the answers! It’s okay to say, “I’m not sure – let me do some digging and get back to you.”
