Anthony Rizzo
Anthony is a student leader at the University of Idaho. He is a double major in Human Resources Management and Operations Management. He has a passion for expanding opportunities within the College of Business and has taken many leadership roles within the College. His leadership roles include President of the University of Idaho SHRM Chapter, Manager of Human Resources for Vandal Solutions a student ran non-profit organization, and Chair of the Dean's Student Advisory Board. Anthony will be a Human Resources Intern for The Boeing Company and will be working with the Compensation team over the Summer in Seattle Washington!
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Never stop improving yourself. Take advantage of every opportunity. Be open to new experiences, work hard for your goals and shoot for the stars. You can do whatever you envision yourself doing you must work for everything though! Finally, never tell yourself you "can't" do something, make other people tell you that.
