What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Never stop improving yourself. Take advantage of every opportunity. Be open to new experiences, work hard for your goals and shoot for the stars. You can do whatever you envision yourself doing you must work for everything though! Finally, never tell yourself you “can’t” do something, make other people tell you that.
