What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
If you're just starting out in HR, congratulations! You have entered a career field that allows you to have a large impact on someone's life. Changing jobs can be a very stressful time in someone's life and you have the ability to make sure it's a smooth transition.
