With his MHA and soon-to-be-completed MBA, Andrew is passionate about learning, exploring, and coaching professionals of all levels to grow and learn more about leadership. When he is not studying, he is an avid billiards player and enjoys spending time with his three children.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Be patient and open-minded about new experiences; you will get frustrated at times but know that you are there to help and will succeed so long as you are willing to put forth the effort!
