What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
1) Listen. Be curious. Many people issues can be solved for by taking that first step of being open and asking questions. 2) Make sure to fill up your own cup. You cannot support others unless you yourself are first and foremost fully taken care of.
