What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Keep going. HR is constantly changing directions and can be hard to keep up with many of the laws and regulations. You don't personally have to stay on top of everything, there are services for that. Remember why you started in the first place and align your goals to that.
