There has never been a better time to jump into the HR world. HR and People OPs are being recognized by top companies as one of the most important rolls in a company in todays workforce. . As far as advice? I'd say work your butt off and prove that you belong with the c-suite. A great culture often starts with HR. If done right you can be the biggest asset to any company. Believe in yourself.
