He is passionate about people and creating an environment and culture where they can thrive and do their best work. His wife and three children are his greatest pride and joy in life.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Be meek and learn as much as you can! There is always opportunity to learn in every situation and circumstance, and from each person you come in contact with. When you say you'll do something, own it and go above and beyond. When you make a mistake or don't know something, admit it. And always remember that at the end of the day, each 'team member' is really a Person with their own hopes, dreams, fears, and insecurities. It's about them.
