He love solving complex business challenges with a keen focus on people implications. After-all, few problems or solutions are independent of people. When invited, he enjoys speaking to students at the University at Buffalo about career development and networking in business.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
It's a big field and there's a lot to know. Don't let that discourage you. Continuous learning is what makes and keeps it interesting.
