What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
One of the best things you can do to make an impact in HR is remaining visible and available to those you support. Work to build positive relationships with your managers and employees, and strive for transparency. In HR, we can’t always be as straightforward as we’d like, but being transparent when you can goes far in building trust.
