What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Say "yes" to everything! Even if you are not sure about how to do it, say "yes" and figure it out as you go. Being able to immerse yourself in different parts of the business is key. You need to know how your business operates in order to best support its people and functions. Be curious, ask questions and dive in!
