What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
There will be times you question your faith in humans. Never thought body odor or poop schedule would be something I’d have to prepare for a conversation about, but alas it happened. Those, along with many other scenarios have created many incredible stories. Perseverance and patience are key.
