Mark Felici’s background includes over 20 years of Human Resources management in not-for-profit and for-profit organizations in high-growth industries such as consulting, insurance (retirement, life, disability, health), pharmaceuticals, legal, retail, manufacturing, customer care/call center, consumer products. Spanning his career, Mark has worked in a diverse set of companies spanning mission-driven organizations to start-up opportunities to large, complex global organizations. His best-practice HR experience includes senior HR leadership roles in such companies as Prudential, Merck and Cigna, globally matrixed companies such as Grifols and Office Depot, non-profit entities including Cleveland Clinic and Penn Health and privately held organizations such as BerryDunn and Morgan Lewis. He has been responsible for local, regional, global and corporate HR teams ranging from 2 to 25 staff members. Mr. Felici’s human resources experience encompasses the domestic United States as well as global businesses. His background includes organizational and leadership development, succession planning, executive coaching, associate learning and development/training, recruiting, payroll, staffing, development of company policies and procedures, employee relations, labor relations, benefits, HRIS, compensation and the development of effective performance appraisal systems. Additionally, Mark’s background includes operations management leadership in functional areas such as employee health and safety, volunteers, patient relations, research, security, food services, FDA remediation, and cGMP training. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Hampshire and has completed graduate-level courses towards a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania.
