What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don't be hyperfocused on one area of HR until you've been in a Generalist role or have been able to try several different areas in the field. There are so many different paths of HR you can choose which is the best part about it! Once I was in HR for about six years, I finally felt like I had found my passion.
