What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Believe people come to you because they truly need the help, not just for the sake of complaining. Everyone has a battle of some sort and work is only part of the equation. People remember how they feel after an interaction and that is what they take with them into the workplace. Your work matters in our workplaces.
