Luisa was born in Chile and love to the states in her early 20s, 26 years later move back to Chile and found a job in HR in a great company that let her develop talents that she didn’t even knew it had, and loved every part of HR. She is currently going to school and preparing herself (after 50) to be the best she can and to teach her 4 boys that wherever you put your mind on it, with a bit of effort it can be done not matter the circumstances, and to never forget to help others to achieve their best too.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
This is a magical work and you are in a position to help a company and to help people… do it and do it with love.
