What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don't be afraid to ask questions, gain clarification, and google things when you are unsure of the answers, at the same time, don't be afraid to speak up if you want to do things differently than the traditional way. The workplace is evolving, it's time for HR to evolve with it.
